All handbags are custom made-to-order with hand-dyed colors and hand stitched with top genuine leather, so please note that they may not look the 100% same as the photos. Our highest-quality leather is hand selected and picked, so slight variations do occur. We can send photos of your custom-ordered handbag before shipping as you request. Every bag goes through extensive quality checks to make sure that you get the best we have to offer!

Payment

All payments are processed through Paypal. You do not need to register a Paypal account to use its services. Once payment has been received, we will begin creating your custom made handbag.

Shipping

Shipping within the United States is free. We do not currently ship outside of the USA. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for us to create your product. Orders to the continental US will be shipped with UPS 2nd Day Air. Orders to Hawaii or Alaska will ship with UPS 3 Day Select.

Returns & Exchanges

At this time, Vertine® is not accepting returns nor exchanges except in the case of shipping damage. If the product is damaged en route, please contact us within three (3) days of receiving the product with pictures of the box and damages. we will review it and go through the return or exchange process with you.
